Position Overview:

The Residential Cleaner is responsible for consistently maintaining superior standards of cleanliness and care in our clients’ homes. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various surfaces and areas.
• Manage bedding and laundry duties, such as making beds, washing linens, and folding towels.
• Complete all cleaning assignments efficiently and to an exacting standard within designated timeframes.
• Provide courteous and responsive service to address client needs or concerns.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to support seamless operations.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and travel to multiple client locations as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check if selected.

Schedule:

Regular operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options available.
